The Cemais Route Launch

We are pleased to announce that the launch of the new Cemais trail will take place at Nevern Church on Friday 7th of April 2017 at 6:00pm, when Bishop Joanna will preach at an Evening service. We hope that many of you will be able to join us for this joyful occasion. Further details will be posted nearer the time.

Cwm Yr Eglwys

The trail includes Manordeifi Old church of St David, St Llawdog, at Cilgerran, St Dogmael’s church and abbey, St Dogmael [Llandudoch], St Lawrence at Monington, St Andrew at Moylegrove and at Bayvil, St Brynach at Nevern and at Cwm yr Eglwys. From Cwm yr Eglwys the pilgrim may join the Pilgrims from the sea at the Lady Stone in Dinas.

Easily navigable by car, this route is particularly suitable for walkers or cyclists who wish to follow the footpaths and bridleways as a single pilgrimage or in stages, revelling in the countryside and its wealth of prehistoric monuments and historic associations.
